Harley joined Engineering Industries in 2021 as the Production Scheduler. In his role, he has responsibility for gathering all customer and supply chain information and applying that information to establish and ensure adherence to the master plant production plan.

Harley has a BA in Political Science from Marquette University. Prior to coming to work at EII, Harley spent over 5 years learning his craft in industrial scheduling and supply chain logistics.

In his free time, he enjoys fishing, kayaking, wood working, playing cards and watching sports.
