While working toward his degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, Kyle first worked as a Co-op Student with the Engineering Industries team, earning his degree in 2018.

After graduation, Kyle and his family spent four years living and working in Tennessee, prior to returning to the Madison area in 2022. He currently works at Engineering Industries as a Project Engineer. During his time in Tennessee, Kyle was immersed and focused on proficiency in the Toyota Production System theory and technique. He is certified in this technique through Toyota and has carried this over in his role today. Through his work, Kyle supports Engineering Industries manufacturing with process improvement, Lean manufacturing, and nonvalue added work reduction.

Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with family, riding dirt bikes, and hunting.
